had to wait 10 mins at lobby even though we were there on time at 3pm upon checking in. Cleaning was then rushed to pass the key to us hence there's still rubbish on the floor and general cleanliness of the unit is doubtful. Precheck in was completed online few hours before 3pm so the waiting part was really annoying however they replied quickly on WhatsApp on the status of what's going on and what's going to happen so at least the customer service was on point.

The place was a little run down, and only shower foam and towels were provided. All other amenities were not provided, so do remember to bring your own! We especially liked that there is a designated parking lot provided for the stay, so that we did not have to register and park at the visitors' lots. The carpark access card could be detected from within the car to open the gantry and that was also good. Check in and check out procedures were standard and fuss free.

I booked a 35m² room for two nights, but the actual room was nothing like the description. The moment you open the door, the bed is right there the space is definitely not what was advertised. The room was extremely dirty. The towels were filthy, the bed was uncomfortable, and there wasn’t even basic toilet paper provided. Not to mention tissues there were none at all. On top of that, the building’s access system was a nightmare. They gave me a card that didn’t work at all. The elevator only accepts QR code scanning, but the QR is covered with a thick protective layer, making it almost impossible to scan. Every time I tried to enter or exit, it took at least 15–30 minutes just to get the QR to work. I booked for two nights but only stayed a few hours before leaving immediately. When I checked out, the staff still had the nerve to ask for a five-star review. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Terrible experience. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Stayed on 09-02 (2) unit, queen size bed with bean bag by the side. Basic iron/board/hairdryer/towel/shower foam available. However, picture is misleading to show living room and the square feet, instead just a room with attached bathroom. Location wise is convenient nearby bukit indah shopping. Carpark wise need to obtain qr code and park on level 4, qr code enter/exit level 4, and moving up to apartment and lobby via access card.
